When I separate them everything works. Is that enough to tell me that the issue isn't ImageMagick?

Hi I'm not sure ImageMagick is actually working correctly on my machine. I downloaded and installed Win32 dynamic at 16 bits-per-pixel (pre-compiled binary). I ran the tests and everything seemed to function. The wizard appeared, etc. But errors still appeared even though they didn't seem to affect ...
