Hello,
is there any ISO-standard sepia effect tone ?

See in many examples that sepia image conversion use: -sepia-tone 80%

can you recommend at least two good switch to obtain sepia image ?
(eg: antiqua)

I don't believe there is a 'standard'. sepia tone was originally a chemical process, and the results were highly variable on the chemicals and strengths used.
