16 bit linear to 10 bit log conversion

Dear All ,
I am looking for the software or lut which can convert 16 bit linear tiff image to 10 bit logarithmic color space. It will incorporate with camera.
Basically I am designing film scanner and I have purchased XIMEA Camera model MD120CU-SY , which is scanning 4 K images but in 16 bit linear tiff.I want to it should give or convert 10bit log dpx.
Any one help me out
