Image Displays Black & White After Modifications

Hello Support,

1. BROWSE (select image file) VIEW (image displays properly in color).
2. When ANNOTATE, ENHANCE, EFFECT, OUTPUT, features are applied, image displays in black and white.

Please note that the black and white image displays after each of the modification procedures (ANNOTATE, then ENHANCE, then EFFECT, then OUTPUT).

Any assistance would be appreciated.

I can confirm that a simple annotate of an RGB jpg color image using the defaults (white text), turns the resulting displayed image to grayscale.

Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce the problem. We repeated the steps: annotate, enhance, effect, and output, and our initial color image remained in color-- that is, it is not black / white or grayscale.

It seems to be working fine again for me, today
