Screenshot of specific window

That should get an image of the area occupied by that window. of course if something is above that window, then that will also be included.

I have a script that does this to capture screen shots of web pages, but seted up the brwoser window in a virtual X window display to ensure there are on other applications or window manager fluff, that could obsure the desired results.

I also have used a simular scritp program to capure game board images for a web site.

Basically it should work, just make sure the window is not covered by something else AND you actually do grab the right window-id.
