Use Display without Pan Windows (Maemo)

Post by ug2215 »

I'm on Maemo (N900) and need to use the display command without having the "Pan Icon" window come up, because it comes up on top of everything else (completely obscuring the image).

How can I open and view an image without having this window appear?

Make sure your display does not type to open a window that is larger than the screen.

Ah, I hadn't spent enough time experimenting with the resize command. I need to sacrifice 30 vertical pixels to accommodate the OS GUI and hadn't adjusted by that much.

Thanks for your help, I'll try to use the existing resources better before asking for help next time.
