The following is not wrapping and seems to chop off some of the text at the right side in IM 6.7.8.7 as well as 6.7.6.10 and 6.7.4.10.
This may be due to the fact that the algorithm changed for automatic pointsize control, but is now failing when pointsize is specified.
convert -background black -fill white -font Arial -pointsize 36 -gravity center -size 300x caption:"HAPPY HOLIDAYS" 1caption_im.jpg
