Legacy ImageMagick Discussions Archive

All I want is to know what Version of ImageMagick and corresponding php_imagick.dll and magickwand.dll will work with:

Windows 7
Apache 2.2
PHP 5.3

I've tried three version and different combinations of dll files, but phpinfo() never seems to load the extensions.
please help.

I am using XAMPP with PHP Version 5.2.9 on Vista and can not remember the version but have uploaded it here: file removed
Its an old 2007? version ( I think it works but am not 100% ) that I used to have on my XP computer; I do not know why they do not make older versions available.

Has anybody actually gotten imagick or magicwand working with php 5.3 on windows?
If so what versions did you use?

Is installing an earlier version of php my only option? I'm beginning to think so.
