Can someone please show me where to download the latest Q8 binary release of the 64-bit Windows?

I have only 8-bit images. And Win7. I've looked on http://www.imagemagick.org/script/binary-releases.php.

It seems the developers don't build a Q8 x64 version. The x86 will function exactly the same, but I suppose it will be a little slower.
