Ok very new to this, using it via lightroom plugin. What code do I use to rename my images with the time and date from the exif data.

Its funny this is the second post about the Lightroom plugin in a week and as far as I know of they are the first two.

The lightroom plugin was not created by the developers of Imagemagick; you will have to contact the person that wrote it. I did look when answering the other question and found there are some instructions about different settings on the plugin website.
