Add cutting lines layer on PDF with IM ?

Hi !
Sorry for my poor english (i'm french)
First of all, i'm not a developper but ImageMagick look like an awesome tools
From HTML Canvas, i need to generate a PDF CMYK file (i think it's possible with IM)
But, i need to add cutting lines layer for my commercial printer. Can i do that with IM ?
