Large temporary files

If your image is large, ImageMagick may cache the pixels to temporary disk. You can change this behavior by setting the TMPDIR or MAGICK_TMPDIR environment variable to a disk location that has plenty of free disk space. TMPFS is usually not recommended because it generally does not have enough free space and your MagickWand job could unexpectedly fail.
