PNG compression for web use

Questions and postings pertaining to the usage of ImageMagick regardless of the interface. This includes the command-line utilities, as well as the C and C++ APIs. Usage questions are like "How do I use ImageMagick to create drop shadows?".

It's difficult to tell without seeing the files. One possibilty is that you are writing 16-bit samples (use -depth 8 to write 8-bit samples).
