Double shot with translation

Double shot with translation

I have a very old picture B&W who was shot twice with a litle translation( or moved during blowing up) you can see there:

How is it possible to make it better, I know it's not possible to make it perfect as some informations are lost.
The translation is about 8 and 6 pixels in x and y.
